As Managing Director, you’ll report directly to the Executive team and hold full responsibility for operational excellence, financial performance and cultural impact. You’ll inherit a capable senior team, a loyal workforce and a clear mandate: build engagement, sharpen execution, and deliver measurable results that position the business for sustained success and future expansion. You will be balancing big-picture thinking with on-the-ground leadership. In your first year, success will mean achieving operational stability, strengthening stakeholder confidence and embedding a culture of accountability, innovation and care. Over time, you’ll shape the strategic narrative and play a key role in future growth across the state.
