About the Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to take full commercial ownership in a newly created role, where you’ll be empowered to design and lead the national grocery strategy for an iconic consumer brand. You’ll be driving a critical growth initiative – working directly with the country’s most influential retail partners.
Working directly with the CEO and CFO, from strategy through to execution, you’ll be responsible for pricing, trading terms, range reviews and buyer relationships. This is not about inheriting a playbook – it’s about writing the next chapter. You’ll work closely with supply chain, operations, finance and commercial teams to bring the vision to life. Success will be defined by your ability to open doors with major retailers, and move with focus, agility and precision.

About You
You’ve been here before. You’ve led strategic conversations with tier-one supermarket chains. You know how to handle trading terms, retailer expectations and data-led joint business planning. You’ve been hands-on in a privately owned business, building from the ground up with full accountability for outcomes. What sets you apart is your credibility and clarity in the room.
