About the Role
This is a rare, career-defining opportunity for a National Account Manager to step into a high-impact, customer-facing role that’s less about chasing sales and more about driving commercial clarity, contract performance, and strategic influence.

You’ll embed yourself deeply in each contract, overseeing the full lifecycle, managing everything from renewals and strategic planning to performance reviews and operational issue resolution or strategic optimisations. You’ll manage the rhythm of the relationship, acting as the face of the business to your accounts. Internally, you’ll work across a matrix of stakeholders—bringing together operations, finance, commercial, and frontline teams to drive exceptional customer outcomes.

About You
You’re a commercially astute operator with a strong background in managing national accounts, complex contracts, or service delivery portfolios. Whether you’re currently a National Account Manager, Contract Manager, or Commercial Manager, you bring a clear focus on contract performance, optimisation, and value creation.
Your experience likely spans sectors such as industrial services, transport and logistics, waste, supply chain, or any environment involving high-volume, low-unit-value contracts across large, multi-site customer bases.
Financially literate and data-confident, you’re at ease navigating pricing models, identifying trends, and communicating insights to customers and internal stakeholders. You’re a natural problem-solver, thrive in structured ambiguity, and take full ownership of outcomes.
