About the opportunity
Our client is a long-established Australian consumer brand entering a new phase of growth. As partnerships expand and new product initiatives progress, the business is investing in a more structured and scalable marketing function. 

As Marketing Coordinator, you will work directly with the CEO to strengthen and formalise the marketing engine. Creative direction remains with the CEO, however you will take ownership of operational execution across brand advertising, trade marketing and content activation. 

You will lead campaign rollout across broadcast, digital and outdoor channels, drive retail activation readiness, develop catalogue and in-store materials, and align delivery to 6–12 month promotional cycles. You will also manage and grow the brand’s social and digital presence, ensuring content is scheduled, activated and consistently rolled out across key platforms. Alongside this, you will establish disciplined reporting, manage budgets and track performance to ensure marketing activity delivers measurable commercial impact. 

About you
You bring several years of brand-side marketing experience within premium, product-led environments, which is essential for this role, and are ready to step into greater ownership. Your background may span FMCG, consumer goods, retail, lifestyle, beauty, apparel or other brand-led sectors where strong storytelling and disciplined retail execution translate directly into commercial performance. 

You understand how retail cycles, trade plans and promotional calendars operate. You are comfortable managing budgets, developing in-store materials and driving campaign rollout across multiple channels. You are also happy to take ownership of social and digital activity, ensuring content is consistently activated and uplifted across key platforms to build stronger brand presence. Commercially sharp and operationally strong, you combine creativity with accountability and are energised by the opportunity to step in, take charge and elevate execution alongside leadership.
