It provides turnkey manufacturing solutions, delivering fully finished sheet metal products to clients in diverse sectors, including renewable energy, medical, transport, and agriculture. Operating across a 24/5 schedule, the company prides itself on delivering quality and service excellence through skilled craftsmanship and state-of-the-art machinery.
About You
You are a strategic and results-driven leader with a solid background in manufacturing, ideally within the metal production or related sectors. With a keen focus on both sales and operations, you excel in building relationships, driving business development, and navigating competitive, price-sensitive markets. Your expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement will ensure you can maximize production capacity and lead operational efficiencies.
As a natural leader, you value accountability and clear communication, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Your balanced approach, combining strategic foresight with hands-on management, enables you to drive substantial growth while staying aligned with the company’s values of integrity, quality, and people-first principles.
About the Role
As General Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the company through a new phase of growth, with approximately 70% of your role dedicated to developing strategies to increase revenue, strengthening client relationships, and targeting new market opportunities to maximize equipment utilization. The remainder of your focus will be on refining production processes, enhancing lean manufacturing practices, and optimizing the full capacity of all machinery.
You will also mentor and develop the senior leadership team, fostering accountability and a results-oriented culture. Additionally, you’ll drive strategic planning to support revenue growth and ensure sustainable growth and market expansion.
