You are a CEO with extensive experience reporting to a board.  You may either come from the for profit or not for profit sectors.  You clearly understand the separation between board responsibilities (strategy and governance) versus executive responsibilities (operational execution).  Ideally you have completed the AICD Directorship qualification (or equivalent), although this is not mandatory for consideration.

Here is your opportunity to join the board of a highly regarded national NFP working in the health sector.  The existing board is made up of excellent quality professional directors.  This is a fantastic opportunity to either take on a new board role in addition to your CEO responsibilities, or alternatively be your stepping stone into a portfolio career.

The board meet face to face each quarter (travel expenses are covered) with additional virtual meetings as required.  It is a remunerated role, commensurate with the time required.  You can be based anywhere in Australia, plus they are open to industry background.
