About You:
You’ve got experience managing and growing accounts in industries within the product specific industries such as steel, concrete, or construction materials, and you’re comfortable working with local and tier 1 & 2 customers. You’re a natural problem solver, able to think on your feet and offer solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals. You’re also an excellent communicator, equally comfortable discussing projects with on-site teams or presenting plans to senior stakeholders. Your ability to maintain a disciplined approach to sales, from managing CRM data to following up on quotes, will be key to achieving success in this role. Most importantly, you’re driven by results, and you know how to foster relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. Additionally, you possess an unrestricted driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle
About the Opportunity:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for residential and industrial builders in the Perth Metro region, with the opportunity to oversee high-rise, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. You will step into a well-established portfolio of 100+ accounts. This is not a cold calling role; instead, you will nurture long-standing relationships and identify new opportunities at your discretion. Supported by an experienced sales team and a dedicated customer service centre, you’ll hit the ground running and quickly become a key player in the company’s growth strategy. Your ability to manage client needs, provide valuable market insights, and ensure high levels of service will be central to your success.
