About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proven National Sales Manager to drive team performance in a face paced B2B environment. This is a high impact leadership opportunity for someone ready to take the reins of a national sales team and embed a culture of performance, consistency, and accountability. The groundwork has been laid and all that is needed now is a leader with the energy and strategic intent to unite the team, uplift capability, and drive tangible results.
This person will lead a group of Area Managers across 4 states, each responsible for their region’s customer and revenue outcomes. While the team is experienced, they’re on the cusp of a step-change—and you’ll be central to that evolution. From your first 90 days, you’ll immerse yourself in the business, coach your people in the field, and operationalise a national sales methodology.
You will be on the ground, building trust, joining key customer meetings, refining strategy, and guiding execution, whilst working closely with executive leadership to bring visibility and clarity to every part of the sales engine. By the end of your first year, you’ll have created a nationally aligned sales organisation with improved revenue, stronger pipeline, and a clear path to scale.
About You
You are a confident, capable leader who thrives on accountability and will bring structure, energy, and empathy to your leadership. You will have previously led multi-state sales teams and know how to build trust quickly. You’re also a coach at heart, but not afraid to challenge. You see the patterns in performance and bring out the best in your people by setting clear expectations and leading by example.
You will embrace change and love building what doesn’t yet exist. You’re commercially savvy and operationally sharp and will believe in the power of culture to drive results.
