About the Opportunity 
This is not a desk-bound leadership role—it’s a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to take the reins of a complex, multi-site operation spread across 6 key regional hubs, driving transformation and growth.  

You’ll be responsible for the full operational and financial performance of a multi-million-dollar business. From Rockhampton to Mackay, you’ll travel across 1,200 km of Queensland to lead, connect, and elevate performance. Your mission: drive safety, lift culture, and deliver strong EBIT through leadership that is visible, values-driven, and commercially sharp. 
You’ll bring clarity, translating strategy into action across a 7-day operation that touches both government and commercial customers. This is a role for a builder—someone who sees the opportunity in complexity and leads with purpose. 

About You 
You’re an experienced operational leader who thrives in the field, not the office. You know how to run a P&L, inspire frontline teams, and turn underperformance into momentum. You’ve led dispersed teams before—possibly across logistics, transport, or industrial services—and you’re comfortable navigating everything from compliance and safety audits to customer meetings and strategic reviews.

You move with intent, act with integrity, and make decisions with data. You’re as comfortable in hi-vis as you are in the boardroom, and you understand that great leadership is about consistency, presence, and accountability. You’ve built cultures, coached talent, and course-corrected operations when needed. And you know that leadership is more than setting direction—it’s bringing others with you.
