We offer a six month replacement guarantee for the successfully placed role sourced through our Full Service, Retained Executive Recruitment product.
- Arete Executive also offers a unique guarantee whereby for all retained executive search assignments under our standard terms of engagement, a refund guarantee will apply to the first retainer. If Arete Executive is unable to supply a satisfactory shortlist (i.e. no candidates are deemed by the client to be worthy of interview) within a pre-agreed service level agreement time frame, then we will refund 100% of the first retainer or continue to work on the assignment, at the discretion of the client..
